Responsibilities
* Working alongside class teachers to deliver interactive and engaging lessons
* Supporting students to remain focused, motivated, and engaged throughout the school day
* Offering tailored 1:1 or small group support to ensure each student’s success
* Contributing to the creation of a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere
* Assisting with setting up classroom activities, managing resources, and supporting daily routines
* Ensuring student safety and well-being by adhering to safeguarding policies and practices
Requirements
* Experience: Previous experience in a school or educational role is a plus
* DBS: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Commitment: A genuine passion for nurturing children’s learning and development
* Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
* Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
