About the Role
As a Residential Child Care Worker, you’ll be part of a close-knit team providing care, guidance, and emotional support to children and young people. You’ll help create a stable, nurturing environment where they can grow, learn, and achieve their potential.
We’re looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and resilient; experienced in working with children and young people; and eager to develop through ongoing training and professional development.
What’s it like working in our homes
Children’s homes are warm and welcoming. They’re places where children feel safe, supported, and valued. Activities may include movie nights, chats over tea, time outdoors, and spaces for personalisation. Staff on sleep-in duty have their own private space.
