We are looking for a Practice Nurse in Slough, for 2-4 days per week (depending on the right candidate's availability). The role is available immediately until the end of May, with a possibility to continue.
The role is within a GP surgery, with hours Monday – Friday between 8 and 6. (Flexible hours offered) The pay rate is £25 per hour.
The main duties include:
- Baby immunizations
- Jabs
- NHS Health Checks
- Asthma Reviews
The practice uses the ‘System One' system; training will be provided if needed.
