Are you a finance professional ready to take on a strategic, visible, and influential role?
We are seeking a commercially astute, financially literate, and proactive analyst to drive automation, financial planning, and commercial insights across multiple business functions. Working closely with senior leadership, you will transform raw financial data into actionable insights and introduce AI-driven processes to enhance spend management, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the COO to provide a consolidated view of departmental spend across HR, IT, Tech, Operations, and Product.
* Analyze financial data from sources like Sage, Oracle, SAP, and create dynamic reports and dashboards.
* Lead the design and implementation of automation and AI tools for invoice approvals, financial reporting, and budgeting.
* Identify opportunities for smarter procurement, outsourcing, or renegotiation to reduce costs.
* Engage in forecasting, planning, and scenario modeling, including pricing and vendor strategies.
* Collaborate with Finance and Retail Directors to standardize reporting.
* Assist with implementing payment and billing systems, especially for corporate clients using RVS services.
* Introduce best practices in commercial operations, preferably with vendor/seller experience.
Position: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours/week)
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in commercial finance, operations, or transformation. Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience with strong financial fluency.
* Advanced Excel skills, with experience in automating data handling and analysis.
* Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Power BI AI visuals, CoPilot, or automation platforms.
* Self-starter with high initiative; comfortable challenging existing processes.
* Excellent interpersonal skills; able to engage confidently with staff and senior stakeholders.
* Experience leading the modernization and automation of manual finance environments.
* Commercial mindset with confidence in pricing, scenario modeling, and investment analysis.
