Bank Call Handler

Your role

1. Handle calls promptly and professionally, offering reassurance and support
2. Respond to emergency calls calmly and with care
3. Keep accurate records and organised systems
4. Help maintain high service standards

Your skills

5. Experience in a customer service or contact centre environment
6. Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
7. Strong administration skills, including managing customer queries and complaints
8. Confident communicator with people at all levels
