Talent Development Manager
Reading or Birmingham - 3 days a week in office
Up to £80,000 plus benefits
Middlemore are working with a FCA-regulated organisation to hire an experienced Talent Development Manager to drive impactful learning and development initiatives across a dynamic, growing business.
This is a high-visibility role partnering with senior stakeholders to shape and embed a culture of continuous learning, supporting both business performance and regulatory excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver innovative, blended learning solutions across leadership, technical, and compliance areas
* Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and build strategic development programmes
* Lead leadership development initiatives and onboarding experiences
* Oversee regulatory and mandatory training aligned to FCA requirements
* Evaluate learning impact through data-driven insights and ROI measurement
* Act as a trusted advisor and coach across the organisation
About You
* Proven L&D / Talent Development experience within financial services
* Strong knowledge of FCA regulation and compliance training
* Skilled facilitator with experience across multiple audiences and levels
* Data-driven with the ability to demonstrate impact and effectiveness
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
