E1 Partners is recruiting on behalf of a leading energy supplier who is looking for a high-performing direct sales professional with deep knowledge of the UK I&C energy market.
This role focuses on new business development — identifying, pitching, and closing deals with large energy users (25GWh+), both electricity and gas. You will lead complex tenders, structure competitive solutions, and build lasting client relationships from the ground up.
* Direct sales experience in the I&C energy space (TPI broker or supplier side)
* Strong commercial drive and hunter mentality
* Track record in fixed/flex energy contract sales
* Skilled in managing tenders and complex negotiations
* Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
Business Development Manager
Location: London office (1-2 times per week)
Salary: up to £85,000 plus commission
