Thomas Mills High School are seeking to appoint an inspiring and well qualified classroom teacher to join a very successful Art and Photography Department. Art and photography are popular subjects at the school and there is a thirst for learning amongst the pupils. Essentially, we are looking for a Teacher of Art.
You will be an engaging and organised teacher with a good knowledge of the subjects. It is essential to be able to teach Art to the full age and ability range up to GCSE. Ideally you would also be able to teach Art to 'A' Level, however, there is some flexibility in the department. The department works well together as a team, sharing good ideas and supporting each other.
We are a flourishing 11-18 high school situated in the pleasant and historic town of Framlingham, Suffolk. We are consistently one of the region's highest performing schools. The Arts are truly valued in the school, and you would have a brilliant opportunity to ignite your passion for the subject, with students who are interested and interesting in our broad curriculum.
