* Proven experience in leading large-scale programmes with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
* Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into delivery
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels

* Experience in public sector transformation, policy delivery, or operational change is highly desirable
