Primary Teacher
First For Education is seeking a Primary Teacher to work in a two-form entry school in Worcester which is a part of a growing Trust focussed on ensuring pupils and staff have access to the best facilities.

We are looking for a teacher who can create engaging lessons from set planning, build positive relationships with pupils, and contribute to an inclusive school environment.

You must hold a QTS to be considered for this position
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Track pupil progress and provide meaningful feedback

Work closely with support staff and wider school teams
*
Maintain strong behaviour management in line with school policies
*
Foster a love of learning and promote pupil well-being
*
Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are upheld at all times
Requirements
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT status
*
Experience teaching in primary settings (EYFS/KS1/KS2)
*
Strong classroom management and communication skills
*
A creative, dedicated and adaptable approach
*
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
