Role Overview:
This role is ideal for teachers seeking flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a positive impact across different school settings, without additional responsibilities of planning and marking.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, managing the classroom effectively.
2. Engage students with the provided lesson content and maintain a calm, respectful learning environment.
3. Cover a range of subjects depending on daily school needs, requiring confidence across the curriculum.
Requirements:
* QTS/QTLS or a recognised teaching qualification
* Recent secondary teaching experience in the UK
* Flexible, proactive approach with strong classroom presence
* Ability to deliver lessons across KS3 and KS4 in various subjects
* Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
