This role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, with the school welcoming both ECTs and experienced teachers who can bring fresh energy to the PE department.
About the Role
* Teach engaging and varied PE lessons across Key Stage 3–5
* Inspire students to enjoy sport, health, and physical activity, both in lessons and through extracurricular clubs
* Work collaboratively with a supportive department to deliver a broad and inclusive PE curriculum
* Contribute to the school’s sports fixtures, enrichment activities, and inter-house competitions
* Unqualified teachers with coaching backgrounds are also welcome to apply – no planning required for unqualified staff
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be a qualified PE teacher (or experienced sports coach with school experience)
* Have a passion for inspiring pupils to achieve both on and off the pitch
* Demonstrate strong classroom management and positive communication skills
* Bring energy, resilience, and a team-first attitude
* Benefit from a robust ECT induction and mentoring programme, if applicable
