Job Description
A b2b company is looking to expand its already established salesforce team, and are looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator. They are looking for someone who has previous experience with salesforce in a similar environment.
Responsibilities
* Knowledge of Sales and Service cloud
* Documenting processes and workflows and communicating change effectively to the business.
* Collaborating alongside the Salesforce and wider Development teams
* Supporting salesforce requirements
* Evaluating and implementing new Salesforce release functionalities
* Providing end-user support for general day to day issues
Salesforce Administrator Requirements
* Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
* Experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
* 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
* Knowledge of Sales and Service Cloud data model best practices
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
* Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Salesforce user security.
