Dental Practice Manager - Full Time - Cannock Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full Time Type: Mixed NHS and Private Dental Practice A well-established, modern mixed NHS and private dental practice in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Manager to join their friendly and professional team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive and people-focused professional to take a leading role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy, high-quality dental practice that prides itself on delivering outstanding patient care. About the Practice The practice offers a wide range of NHS and private treatments including: Routine and preventive dentistry Cosmetic and aesthetic treatments such as teeth whitening, composite bonding and veneers Restorative dentistry including crowns, bridges and dentures Invisalign and clear aligner orthodontics Dental implants and advanced restorative procedures Hygienist and periodontal therapy services The Role You will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting the clinical and administrative teams to deliver efficient operations and excellent patient service. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily operations and managing workflows Leading and motivating the dental team to achieve performance and quality targets Ensuring full CQC and GDC compliance Managing HR duties including rotas, recruitment, and appraisals Monitoring financial performance, budgets and KPIs Handling patient enquiries, feedback and complaints Maintaining stock control and supplier relationships Supporting marketing initiatives and practice growth About You Proven experience as a Dental Practice Manager (essential) Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and GDC standards Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills Financial awareness and performance management experience Knowledge of R4, SOE/Exact or similar dental software preferred Positive attitude with a focus on patient experience and team development Benefits Competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) Full-time, Monday to Friday position Supportive management and clinical team Opportunities for ongoing professional development Modern facilities with digital systems How to apply: If you are an experienced Dental Practice Manager who takes pride in leading a professional and patient-focused team, we would love to hear from you.
