Join our team at Exertis UK as a Commercial Administrator, where youll play a pivotal role in supporting the AV and Commercial Networks teams by ensuring good communication, timely responses to enquiries and accurate reporting.
As Part Of The Team, Youll
Manage shared inboxes efficiently ensuring prompt, accurate responses and maintaining high standards of internal and external communication.
Produce and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and internal BI tools, supporting commercial operations with accurate and timely data.
Provide administrative support to the commercial team including product set ups, pricing and order management, while ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline workflows, improve reporting processes and ensure product content is accurate across marketing and web platforms.

Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot tables and basic formulas.
