We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Lecturer in Business and Accounting to join the team at South Bank Colleges and Academies (SBA/SBC). In this role, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning across a range of Business and Accounting programmes, supporting our learners to develop the analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills essential for careers in the business and finance sectors.
You will contribute to the planning, delivery, and assessment of business and accounting curriculum at various levels, ensuring that students are fully prepared for progression into higher education, apprenticeships, or employment within the wider commercial and professional industries.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate must have the following;
* A recognised Level 5 teaching qualification as well as a level 5 subject specialism in Business and Accounting.
* Experience of teaching Business and Accounting in a further education college and evidence of the ability to teach effectively.
* Willingness to work flexibly to deliver a student focused curriculum (including working up to two evenings a week).
* Commitment to an inclusive education.
This role is offered on a full time and permanent basis.
