An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Personnel Senior Management Team and contribute to the strategic development and direction of the Council’s Personnel Service. The post will lead on key strategic policies and operational implementation of Personnel service delivery in learning, organisational development, and equality and diversity.
You will work cooperatively and collaboratively with the Personnel Senior Management Team, the operations team, and engage with Resource Senior Management Teams to progress key strategic and operational requirements. You will also be responsible for identifying key development needs to support future operational delivery and development.
