Role Overview

You will be responsible for the design and implementation of embedded software based on Espressif ESP32, working closely with hardware, testing, and product teams. The role covers the full lifecycle from requirements and architecture to coding, documentation, debugging, and optimization.


Key Responsibilities

* Define software solutions and evaluate/establish system architecture based on product requirements.
* Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, and C/C++ implementation to ensure on-time delivery.
* Prepare and maintain development documents, technical specifications, and standardized materials to ensure traceability.
* Work with hardware and test teams on system integration, debugging, and performance optimization.
* Participate in design reviews and key technical decisions; help standardize software design and modular development.
* Contribute to coding standards, codebase management, and internal training for the software team.


Qualifications

* College degree or above in Electronics, Communication, Automation, or related fields.
* 3+ years of relevant embedded software development experience.
* Proficient in C/C++, familiar with data structures, and with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
* Hands‑on experience with RTOS development and Espressif ESP32, familiar with ESP-IDF/ADF development environments.
* Experience with LVGL or other embedded GUI frameworks, able to independently design and implement UIs for color displays.
* Familiar with communication protocols such as Wi‑Fi and BLE, and common hardware interfaces including UART, SPI, I²C, etc.
* Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
* Able to take full ownership of embedded modules or projects. Experience in consumer electronics and/or medical / beauty devices is a strong plus.
* Language: Working proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required for internal communication and documentation.
