We’re looking for a Bulk Rubbish operative to join our Estates team and play a vital role in maintaining the quality of our neighbourhoods and supporting residents with waste management solutions. Contractually based out of our Basingstoke office, you’ll mainly cover Aldershot and the surrounding North Hampshire area. This is a full time, permanent role working 39 hours per week.

Here’s the facts about the role:
As a Bulk Rubbish Operative, you’ll deliver a first-class service to communal areas of our properties. You’ll be responsible for the collection and disposal of bulky waste items from residential properties and communal areas. Working closely with colleagues and residents, you’ll ensure our estates remain clean, safe, and welcoming for our customers.
Duties will include:
13. Collect and remove bulk waste items including furniture, white goods, and general rubbish
14. Operate vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently
15. Report fly-tipping, hazardous waste, or environmental concerns
16. Support recycling and sustainability initiatives
17. Deliver excellent customer service to residents and colleagues
Previous experience in waste collection, clearance, or a similar manual role is needed, as well as a good understanding of COSHH. You’ll have good communication skills and a positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and DBS check.
