We’re partnering with a world-leading technology organisation undergoing an exciting brand transformation. They are scaling their corporate creative studio and seeking a talented Art Director to help shape and elevate their visual identity across global campaigns and strategic initiatives.

The Opportunity
As Art Director, you'll play a key role in defining how this global brand shows up across campaigns, corporate communications, digital experiences, and employer branding. You’ll bring strong conceptual thinking paired with hands-on design ability, ensuring consistency, clarity, and creative excellence at scale.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, partner with external agencies, and contribute to refining creative processes—including the use of martech and AI-driven tools.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creative Direction & Execution
* Lead visual expression and creative direction across campaigns
* Translate brand strategy into compelling concepts and scalable visual systems
* Balance conceptual ideas with hands-on design work
* Maintain precision, clarity, and brand consistency across all outputs
Innovation & Process
* Refine creative workflows and champion the use of martech and AI tools
* Support development of brand enablement materials for global adoption
* Drive best practices across design systems and scalable brand application
Collaboration
* Work closely with corporate comms, content, digital, and regional teams
* Partner with agencies, production partners, and freelancers
* Thrive in a fast-moving, agile, supportive studio environment
What They’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an Art Director (ideally within B2B, technology, or global brands)
* Strong conceptual thinking with exceptional design craft
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud + advanced presentation design skills (PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools
* Experience working in global or matrixed organisations
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining creative excellence
* Collaborative mindset, proactive approach, and strong visual judgment
