Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming customers and providing friendly service
* Processing bets and assisting with customer inquiries
* Demonstrating how to use betting terminals
* Building relationships and delivering excellent customer service
* Promoting safer gambling practices
* Supporting shop displays and opening/closing activities as needed
Working Patterns: Our shops operate between 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday, with shifts on a rota basis that include evenings and weekends.
