Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements: BSc in Information Governance, Business Data Analytics, Business Administration, or equivalent Experience as a Data Manager or Information Governance Manager or similar role Proven experience managing data at a detailed level with knowledge of data security, laws, and protocols Thorough understanding of data management and administrative policies Awareness of ethical, legal, and regulatory implications of data usage and storage Experience querying databases and managing data in a Microsoft environment (Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power BI) Experience cleansing data and preparing it for migration and analysis Ability to effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach Ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to understand data requirements Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative techniques for data accuracy, quality, security, compliance, and legitimacy Oversee management and continuous enhancement of business data systems Guide employees in adhering to best practices, governance, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with internal customers and suppliers to design, build, and maintain effective data solutions Create, implement, and review data governance frameworks, including policies and procedures Evaluate data system performance and implement controls for data accuracy Identify root causes of data issues and develop timely solutions Deploy technical and manual procedures for efficient handling of data Collaborate across departments to define and maintain data standards and business rules Provide training and support for data management roles within the organization Technologies: Support Power BI Security SharePoint Office 365 AI Machine Learning More: At RoSPA, we are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Data Quality and Governance Manager to join our team in Birmingham.
