The Accounts Assistant plays a key role in our Finance Team by delivering accurate and timely financial insights that support confident decision-making across the business. Youll own the smooth flow of day‑to‑day transactions, processing invoices and expenses, keeping our financial records sharp, and helping prepare payments, while also getting involved in analysis, budgeting, forecasting and other impactful project work. When finance tasks are complete, youll step in to support Operations and HR. With organised record‑keeping, cross‑team collaboration and a commitment to excellence, this role is a chance to grow your skills, support key business decisions and make a real contribution to how the company runs.
Details
* Part‑time: 3 days per week (flexible – e.g., 1 day one week, 4 days next)
* Remote, with the option to work from a WeWork office
* ASAP start, must be able to start before Christmas
* 3‑month contract
* Xero experience is a non‑negotiable requirement
