Job Title: Business Intelligence Reporting Specialist

We’re looking for a commercially minded Business Intelligence Reporting Specialist who thrives on transforming information into powerful, actionable insights. If you love building clear, interactive dashboards and delivering reports that cut through the noise — we want to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll shape decisions across the business by designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data tools that deliver meaningful commercial insights to stakeholders at all levels.
We Want Someone Who Is
* Highly skilled in Power BI (or equivalent BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense) with the ability to build dashboards that are both insightful and visually impactful
* Competent with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, data modelling)
* Familiar with SQL for querying and joining datasets (advantageous but not essential)
* Organised and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities with confidence
* Able to present complex data in a clear, concise, and engaging way for both technical and non-technical audiences
* A critical thinker who can spot patterns, trends, and anomalies quickly
What You'll Be Doing
* Collecting, cleaning, and integrating data from various software systems (e.g., ERP, E-commerce, and marketing platforms)
* Designing and delivering interactive dashboards and performance reports to key stakeholders
* Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes
* Analyzing business performance trends and making data-driven recommendations
* Producing on-demand ad-hoc analysis for teams across the organization
* Collaborating with buying, sales, and marketing teams to evaluate promotions, campaigns, and growth initiatives
* Maintaining a central reporting library and ensuring data accuracy across all outputs
Essential Skills & Software Experience
* BI Tools: Power BI
* Data Management: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros preferred), SQL (basic to intermediate level)
* Data Integration: Ability to work with APIs and CSV/Excel imports from multiple platforms
* Understanding of commercial KPIs (sales performance, margin analysis, stock levels, campaign ROI)
* Exposure to retail, e-commerce environments
