What We're Looking For:
A skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician—ideally holding NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair—and, preferably, MOT Tester certification (not essential). You'll be confident handling diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and MOT prep independently. Strong fault-finding capability, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.
Highlights of the Role:
* Perform interim and full servicing, covering around 50+ checks including oil/filter, brakes, suspension, fluids, tyres, wipers, lights, and more comprehensive inspections depending on service typeNRP Autocentre.
* Conduct MOT testing for a range of vehicles (cars, vans, campervans – Class 4 & 7) with state-of-the-art toolsNRP Autocentre.
* Work on additional core areas: air conditioning servicing/re-gassing/troubleshooting, tyres (repairs, replacements, wheel alignment), brakes, clutches, exhausts, batteries, electrical diagnostics, and fault-finding

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and MOT preparation to a consistently high standard.
* Balance efficiency with meticulous attention to detail and safety.
* Maintain clear communication with the service team, provide honest advice, and record all work accurately.
* Play a key role in keeping the workshop clean, safe, and professional.
What You'll Bring:

* Full UK driving licence.
* Excellent diagnostic & problem-solving skills.
