Job Description GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER Location: Scottish Highlands Salary: Competitive Benefits Position: Full-time, Permanent ABOUT THE VENUE: Set against the backdrop of dramatic Highland wilderness, this 5-star luxury hotel stands as one of Scotland's finest establishments. Housed in a magnificent Victorian hunting lodge and surrounded by 58 acres of pristine grounds, this property represents the pinnacle of Scottish hospitality, featuring a 3 AA Rosette restaurant, world-class whisky collection, and exceptional guest experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee all aspects of guest relations and front of house operations • Lead, mentor, and develop the guest services team • Manage guest feedback and maintain exceptional service standards • Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences • Handle VIP guests and special requests • Create and implement guest experience initiatives • Maintain strong relationships with regular guests • Monitor and improve service quality standards WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: • Proven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a similar role • Strong leadership and team management skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations • Problem-solving skills with a calm and professional demeanor • Experience in handling high-profile and VIP guests • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Passion for delivering exceptional service • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury hospitality • Previous supervisory or management experience • Excellent command of English • Strong IT skills • Hospitality qualification preferred PACKAGE INCLUDES: • Competitive salary • Live-in accommodation available • Healthcare benefits • Pension scheme • Staff meals • 28 days holiday • Staff discounts • Career development opportunities • Access to employee assistance program • Training and development programs THE LIFESTYLE: Living and working in the Scottish Highlands offers a unique opportunity to combine a prestigious hospitality career with an exceptional quality of life.
