Teamforce Labour is currently recruiting experienced Civils Site Supervisors for an immediate start in Leeds (LS25).
This role is suited to candidates with strong utilities/substation experience and a proven track record in supervising civils works on infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising and coordinating site teams and subcontractors
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
* Monitoring quality of works and adherence to specifications
* Liaising with site management and reporting progress
* Ensuring works are completed in line with programme deadlines
Scope of Works
* Ducting and troughing
* Substation civils including earth mat installation, steel structures, and post insulators
Requirements
* Gold CSCS Card (Supervisor level)
* SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – essential
* EUSR (Persons) – essential
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle – essential
* Proven experience in substation civils works (earth mats, steel structures, post insulators)
* Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
* Ability to effectively manage and coordinate site operatives
