Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm, inclusive, and supportive primary school in Erith. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who require additional support to thrive both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN, including those with autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs.
* Assist the class teacher in adapting learning activities to meet individual needs.
* Help to create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment.
* Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
* Support the emotional wellbeing and personal development of children.

* Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn).
* A caring, patient, and empathetic approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
