Senior Sous Chef | Location: South Wales | Contract type: Permanent | Salary: 38,500
Responsibilities
* Experience within a hotel and/or restaurant environment as a Senior Sous Chef.
* The ambition to provide the highest levels of cooking standards to its customers.
* Flexibility to work in a la carte, Grill, pastry and buffet sections.
* Managing staff rotas, storage, stock rotation, budget guidelines, food waste, monitoring, kitchen equipment, stock levels, energy management, health and safety, food training, standards.
* Some duty management work.
* To provide excellent quality food production in relation to all kitchen areas, managing restaurant, and banqueting areas.

Skills/Qualifications
* NVQ level 3 706 2 or foreign equivalent
* Enthusiasm and skill set
* Relative experience and multi outlet establishment management experience
