The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring learning continues smoothly during teacher absences. Daily responsibilities include: Delivering pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects Managing behaviour in line with school policies Maintaining a calm, focused, and inclusive learning environment Supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning requirements Building strong, positive relationships with learners and staff This role offers variety, professional growth, and the chance to make a real impact on young people.
