Job Summary: The Configuration associate will be responsible for supporting tasks within CVI global change management processes, including new product launches, product discontinuations, data cleansing activities and reporting. This role will be part of the Global Commercial Operations team liaising primarily with key regional marketing stakeholders, master data and change analysts. The role assists in managing the tasks identified by line manager related to maintaining our product configurations globally. The role will be exposed to an extensive list of departments and systems which will be critical to delivering on objectives. Essential Functions and Accountabilities: Reporting and Data Analysis: Regularly provides status and updates to management regarding status of assigned tasks. Create and maintain task tracking documentation, including lessons learnt data capture. Project Management: Support secondary rollout of defined initiatives utilizing established plans. Support priority customer launches, coordinating operations activities to achieve customer timelines. Process Improvement: Support the Launch Management team working with Commercial and Operations organizations to ensure the on-time execution of all work related to product configurations. Assists with the coordination and execution of launch activities between the local and regional marketing teams. In the event of a product configuration issue, assist management to implement the defined resolution. A full job description is available upon request.
