Customer Services Administrator - TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm
Basic Salary: £27,000.00 Per Annum
Location: Lutterworth
Our well-established client is seeking a highly dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Services Administrator to join their team. You will support the Customer Services Administration team daily, acting as a core team player to assist with customer service and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Customer Services Administrator Role:
1. Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and accurately within a timely manner.
2. Provide an elevated level of customer service as a Customer Services Administrator.
3. Handle sales order processing, including pricing, shipment dates, and product delivery.
4. Liaise with customers via telephone and email.
5. Prioritize workload and multitask effectively within a busy office environment.
6. Coordinate and monitor invoice queries, ensuring process times are adhered to.
7. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by your manager.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Previous customer service and administration experience is ESSENTIAL.
2. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
3. Enthusiastic, dynamic personality with a proactive attitude.
4. Ability to develop conversational relationships quickly.
