The role itself is varied and will primarily involve administrative product support, product engagement, and tracking product success. You will maintain digital and physical filing systems for product development, project timelines, and product performance. You will assist with developing precise product specifications aligned with customer and market requirements. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity will be a big part of your role. You will support the end-to-end New Production Introduction (NPI) lifecycle. This will help you gain full insight into launch strategy and execution. Over time, you will be able to increase your responsibilities and take full ownership of products or process improvements. As part of your role, you will track product KPIs and maintain records of progress, acting on any necessary changes.
In this role, you will build skills in technical support and learn how to handle queries to inform product improvement, assist with exhibitions and trade shows, and develop an understanding of pricing strategies.
