Ana Wiz is a dynamic and expanding company supplying baby, maternity, healthcare, and pet products to customers across the UK and internationally. We sell across major online platforms including Amazon, Shopify, eBay and Etsy, alongside wholesale marketplaces such as Faire and Ankorstore.
As our trade and wholesale division continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated graduate to join us as a Graduate Sales & Operations Assistant. This is a hands-on, varied role offering genuine responsibility and broad exposure to how a modern e-commerce business operates.
This is not a typical desk-based graduate role. You will gain experience across sales, customer service, trade account support, and warehouse support- developing both commercial and operational skills from day one.
About the Role
You will work closely with our sales and warehouse teams to ensure trade customers receive excellent service and that wholesale orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
This cross-functional role is ideal for someone who wants practical experience and is comfortable combining office-based responsibilities with operational support during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Trade Support
* Managing and responding to enquiries from hospitals, pharmacies, and retail trade customers
* Accurately processing and managing wholesale and bulk orders
* Supporting trade customers via email and phone
* Assisting with wholesale platforms such as Faire and Ankorstore (full training provided)
* Using Sage for invoicing and order management (full training provided)
* Supporting internal administration and cross-team communication
Operations & Warehouse Experience
* Picking, packing, and preparing wholesale and bulk orders
* Supporting warehouse operations during busy periods and covering staff when required
* Maintaining organised stock areas and ensuring a tidy workspace
* Assisting across departments as the business continues to scale
