Job Description
The Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement and revenue growth. This role focuses on creating and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate the sales pipeline. The post holder collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and overall business objectives, using data-driven insights to continually improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies that target relevant market segments and align with company growth goals.
2. Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including email, social media, search engine marketing, content marketing and paid advertising.
3. Manage lead generation programmes, nurturing leads through the sales funnel to maximise conversion rates and revenue impact.
