Your new companyWe are looking for adaptable and dedicated Supply Teachers to support a range of primary schools in Wigan and the surrounding area. This flexible role involves covering classes across KS1 and KS2, including planned absences, emergency cover, and same-day requests. This allows you to have flexible working and choose the days that suit you and the opportunity to be re-booked in schools you enjoy working in.Your new roleAs a Supply Teacher, you will be expected to:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary curriculum
* Ensure all required work is completed during the school day
* Provide clear feedback to the class teacher upon their return
* Adapt lessons where necessary to meet the needs of all pupils.
* Maintain positive behaviour and a well-managed classroom environment
What you'll need to succeed
* Hold QTS and experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
* Be confident managing different classrooms and adapting to various school settings.
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners
* Have excellent behaviour management skills and a calm, supportive approach.
* Be punctual, professional and reliable
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Enjoy working flexibly and embracing new challenges
