This role is suitable for candidates with experience in a 1st line support role or those with customer service backgrounds and an interest in IT areas such as Networking, Windows desktop environments, and M365. Excellent training will be provided.
The Service Desk Analyst will provide 1st line (and some 2nd line) support via phone, email, or face-to-face, working to set SLA targets.
This position requires on-site work five days a week in North Bristol, accessible via the M4/M32 motorway network. The team operates a shift pattern from 7.30 am to 5 pm.
