Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated New Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts through proactive telesales efforts. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
7. Lead generation – Conduct outbound old sales calls and prospective clients.
8. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
9. Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets.
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
11. Door knocking to new and upcoming businesses
12. Target driven
Qualifications:
13. Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the UK B2B market.
14. Strong communication/negotiation and interpersonal skills.
15. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
16. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
17. Driving License
