About the Role: Teach a small class of approximately 8 pupils with additional learning and physical needs Deliver a tailored curriculum including Maths, English, Phonics, as well as social and life skills Support each child in working towards their personalised academic and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) goals Full-time role with the potential for a permanent contract Job share considered (3–4 days per week) The ideal candidate will: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential Proven experience working with children with SEND (required) Solid understanding of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum Skilled in effective behaviour management and maintaining a positive classroom environment Resilient, empathetic, and highly motivated Experience delivering targeted interventions is an advantage Why Work with Supply Desk?
