Our Edinburgh-based client is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to support a period of significant business transformation.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving environment where you’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to help shape and deliver people solutions aligned to large-scale change.
The role
You will play a key role in supporting transformation activity across the business, including organisational change and the people impacts that come with it. The successful candidate will be confident operating in complex, regulated environments and able to move quickly from diagnosis to delivery.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within Financial Services
* Strong track record supporting large-scale business change / transformation
* Credible stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at pace
* Comfortable working in a high-change environment and balancing multiple priorities
* Available to start as soon as possible
