Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to close and manage a range of campaigns in our agency. This role is crucial for managing large-scale projects, handling complex data, and maintaining robust influencer engagement and client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
* Negotiate campaign deals (after they have been screened), including sourcing influencers and using our roster of influencers.
* Manage campaign that has been closed to ensure client satisfaction.
* Communicate with large numbers of influencers through WhatsApp, Telegram, and email, ensuring clear and effective collaboration.
* Employ creative techniques to capture the attention of influencers and uncover hard-to-find contact details.
* Manage extensive datasets and complex Excel files, utilizing advanced formulas for thorough data analysis and reporting.
* Oversee project timelines and ensure all campaign deliverables are met with precision and creativity.
* Assess campaign performance continuously and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing and project management.
* Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong capabilities in data management.
* Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and influencer engagement.
* Experience with influencer sourcing software is highly advantageous.
* Excellent organizational and self-motivation skills, well-suited for a remote work environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to business.
* Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitch, and Kick
