They are on the lookout for an experienced Business Change Consultant to join one of their flagship client accounts, a high profile programme undergoing significant transformation.

The Role
* As a Business Change Consultant, you will be embedded within a multidisciplinary delivery team, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the human side of change is fully considered and successfully delivered
* Your focus will on putting users at the heart of change and understanding how proposed changes will impact them, identifying areas of resistance and tailoring strategies to support a smooth transition
* You'll take ownership of change management approach, delivering communication plans, stakeholder engagement, training strategies and post implementation support, whilst driving overall adoption and readiness
