About Us:
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and results-orientedNational Account Managerwith a strong track record in airline and commercial sales, particularly in baked goods and snacks, to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop current relationships and and grow new relationships with key airline catering companies, commercial foodservice providers, and bulk buyers.
* Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure customer needs and specifications are met.
* Represent the company at industry events, local and international trade shows, and client meetings.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product samples to prospective clients.
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to achieve revenue targets.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Requirements:
* Proven experience (5+ years) in sales of baked goods, snacks or FMCG, with a focus on airline catering and/or commercial foodservice sales.
* Strong existing network within the airline catering industry and/or commercial distributors.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits, and trade events as needed.
* Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations, logistics, and product customization for B2B clients is a plus.
