Connect2Socialwork is recruiting on behalf of a local authority in South East England for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to a residential children's home committed to delivering high-quality care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is a key leadership role supporting the Registered Manager in ensuring the home meets and exceeds regulatory standards, promotes best practice, and delivers positive outcomes for children and young people. The successful candidate will be passionate about trauma-informed care, safeguarding, and creating a nurturing, child-centred environment.
