Registered Home Manager Domiciliary Care Services Location: Hybrid (Saintfield, NI) Contract: Permanent, Full-time Salary: £38,000 £42,500 bonus benefits About Us We are launching Northern Irelands newest innovative domiciliary care service and are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our setup and growth. This is a unique opportunity to build a high-quality service from the ground up with the full support of company directors. The Role Youll lead RQIA registration, establish operational systems, recruit and train staff, and secure contracts with both HSC Trusts and private clients. Once launched, youll oversee day-to-day service delivery, compliance, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead RQIA registration and ensure full compliance. Recruit, vet, and train care staff. Secure and manage service contracts. Oversee day-to-day operations and staff scheduling. Deliver safe, person-centred care services that exceed standards. Take part in an out-of-hours rota (shared initially with directors). What Were Looking For Professional qualification (nursing, social work, allied health) OR Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care. Minimum 45 years experience in health or social care, with 2 years in management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of RQIA requirements and best practice in domiciliary care. (Deputy Managers or Team Leaders ready to step up are welcome to apply full induction and mentoring provided.)
