Completion of Non-Compliance documentation. In the event of a customer non-compliance, you will be responsible for investigating, documenting (physical and electronically-Clarkson Software System) of all internal and external testing. Communicating both written(email) and verbal(telephone) with the customer, Sales Manager and Line/Production Managers Physical and electronic record keeping of submission/re-submission of independent FR's and associated certification. Analysis and sharing of computer-generated reports relating to quality and compliance. Communicating with colleagues and customers.
