Overview
This is a hands-on Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Engineer role within DWP Digital, supporting and improving Microsoft 365 services used at enterprise scale. You’ll focus on Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise (Office) and Adobe products, ensuring updates, configuration and security changes are delivered smoothly across thousands of users and devices. Microsoft 365 underpins how DWP staff collaborate and deliver services every day.

What you’ll be doing
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will:
* Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 Apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
* Deliver evergreen feature and quality updates
* Administer and update Adobe desktop applications
* Design and deploy Windows 11 and Entra ID policies
* Use Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune
* Package, test and deploy desktop applications
* Support assistive technologies (e.g. Dragon, JAWS)
* Work with Microsoft and third‑party suppliers
* Support live services and improve platform resilience
