Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Good level of general education
2. Educated to NVQ Level 3, or equivalent experience
Experience
Essential criteria
3. Experience of clerical duties in office/administrative environment
4. Customer Service experience
Desirable criteria
5. Clerical experience within Orthopaedics or an NHS hospital setting
6. Knowledge of EPR (Electronic Patient Record) and CCS (Care co-ordination system)
7. CRT (Clinical record tracking)
Technical Skills Competencies
Essential criteria
8. Computer skills and knowledge of computer programmes i.e Micrsoft Word, Excel
9. Organisational skills
Knowledge
Essential criteria
10. Knowledge of IT skills within the hospital E-Camis/Microsoft Word/Excel/Email
11. To understand and be able to maintain confidentiality

12. Working in NHS
