We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Business Intelligence & Business Digital team as a Data Solutions / Business Improvements Analyst (Graduate).
Bosch Home Comfort Group's Business Digital Organisation drives the division's digital endeavours, working with business departments. The teams oversee both legacy applications and wide-scale replacements, leading the digital transformation of the company. This is an inspiring place to work and develop.
Responsibilities
* Work as part of a collaborative network focused on priority business improvements (how users run processes in and around SAP business applications) using a range of modern IT applications (including some low code/no code tools).
* Conceptualise target solutions based on given priorities (part of concept design).
* Build prototypes for approved concepts and participate in prototype build & test.
* Consider how solutions can be shared across countries during concept design.
* Lead the evolved prototype to production readiness.
* Develop solutions using a combination of SAP (origin of business data), Microsoft Azure Databricks and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
Key to success is understanding the business process and context to provide advantageous solutions. There is also a focus on sharing skills by fostering and training other talents within the company.
Qualifications
Required:
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
* Ability to understand the structure of large, complex data sets.
* Strong presentation skills for delivering information to various stakeholder groups and the ability to adapt to the audience.
* Experience coaching peers in technical subjects and facilitating workshops or tutorials.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose solutions to business problems.
* Proven ability to build networks across the business, including colleagues from different departments and countries.
* Ability to contribute to group discussions and openness to being wrong.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to the HVAC market and technical landscape.
Desired:
* Degree in Computing, Mathematics, Economics or similar.
* Proficiency in KNIME for data integration, processing, and manipulation.
* Experience with Power Platform for building custom applications and automating business processes.
* Familiarity with Azure Databricks for data storage and processing, or knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
* Knowledge of Python for data transformation and SQL for database querying.

Contract Duration: 24 months.
Working Hours: 39 hours per week, 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.
