Field Service Engineer | West England (travel required, occasional overnight stays) | £42,000 About The Role Maintain, repair, and service large-scale CCTV, access control, and perimeter detection systems across various sites (e.g., public spaces, power stations, custodial facilities). Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to faults. Support control room systems and on-site equipment. Travel regularly within the West and occasionally further afield (some overnight stays). Requirements Eligible to work in the UK, resident for at least 5 years (SC & NPPV2 clearance required). Strong knowledge of CCTV (analogue, digital, IP, DVR/NVR), access control, and IT systems. Experience in on-site fault finding and repair. Desirable: familiarity with Galaxy alarms, Cortech, CEM, C-Cure, Gallagher, Milestone, Digifort, video matrix systems, gates/barriers. Organised, reliable, flexible, and customer-focused.
